State Course Title:
Learn technical and hands-on experience with fire protection systems, including design, installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance.
Learn about the plumbing profession.
Practice mathematical calculations relevant to plumbing systems.
Develop skills to safely install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures according to specifications and plumbing codes.
The second-year student continues the study of:
Continue to expand the study and practical knowledge of the fire protection systems industry.
Sharpen mathematical skills relevant to the plumbing profession.
Engage in mathematical calculations relevant to plumbing systems.
Expand skills in assembling, installing, and repairing pipes, fittings, and fixtures for heating, water, and drainage systems, according to specifications and plumbing codes.
Students qualified as CTE finishers will take an Industry Credentialing assessment related to the course
